RETURNS/EXCHANGES
It is our goal for all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you aren't, please let us know! If you contact us at support@hollybdesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase we will offer a refund or exchange. After 7 days we will offer exchange only. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping and handling and insurance on any returns.
In order to complete a refund, the item returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected you will be sent an email confirming whether or not the item is applicable for the refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This typically takes three business days, but may take up to seven business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hollybdesigns.com.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take care to package your items carefully so that you receive it in perfect condition. If, however, your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace the item at our expense.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, however we are happy to offer exchanges. Please see above for exchange policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
